The arms are titled: ‘ignorance’ (‘dupe’), ‘superstition’, ‘subversion’, ‘bigotry’ (‘public school’), ‘evil’, ‘tyranny’ (‘infalibility’ [sic]), ‘greed’ (‘public money’), ‘corruption’ (document labelled ‘civil laws’).
The text beneath the cartoon reads:
